Breakfast on the go is usually whole wheat toast with either 1) almond butter, 2) tofutti vegan cream cheese or 3) eggless egg salad. I\'ve never loved a scrambled tofu\'s shit off until now.

The Making of a Chia Fresca!

When you are congested, apple cider vinegar helps to break it up. This is how I discovered ACV (searching for natural remedies for sinus congestion).

So I just made a modified chia fresca!

1 cup water
Splash of apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg's)
1.5 tsp of chia seeds

So now I'm battling my cold AND boosting my body with fiber, omega 3 fatty acids & selenium!

Should I Workout if I'm SICK?

If symptoms are in your head, I hear yes.

If you feel it in your body, save it for a better day.

Hence the snail paced walk this morning. 2.5mph & I'm still managing to sweat. Go away toxins!

Doggies are the best medicine.

Gifts I Gave

Let's pretend that I turn into a pumpkin at 28. What do I want to accomplish by then?
  • learn Spanish
  • maintain a consistent workout regime
  • brush my dogs teeth on a reg (every other day)
  • save money
  • clear up my skin 
  • learn to sew
To do this I need to do a few things:
  • take a food sensitivity test to see if it is affecting my skin
  • increase fiber intake to benefit my colon, therefore skin health (is the hope...)
  • speak spanish to my family, write to them more 
  • order Rosetta Stone spanish lessons
  • gain energy and stick to my schedule (for working out and brushing my dogs teeth)
  • implement a rewards system for working out...?
  • stop spending stupidly
  • take a sewing class or learn w/ mom
